I finally finished step one of the new Bonnie Hunter mystery quilt. Step two comes out tomorrow, so at least I'm ahead of the game a little. This mystery is called Roll Roll Cotton Boll. Bonnie lives in North Carolina, so she has lots of cotton farms around her. Here is a pic of my fabrics.
I would like to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. I'm thinking of my friends who are overseas for the holiday. My girlfriend Laurie and her husband David are in Afghanistan right now. Its great that they are together, but they really don't get to see each other much. I hope all the members of the Armed Forces have a great holiday.
Tomorrow is Black Friday. Mom and I may go brave a bit of it, but I really don't have anything that I want to buy. You never know if you'll find something you can't live without, so we may brave the crowds and the cold.
